Forgot Password

Reset your password if you can't sign in.

1) Tap Forgot Password​

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password below the Sign In button.

2) Enter your email​

Type the email address you used when registering.

3) Tap Submit​

Tap Submit. REDENES will email you a reset link or code.

4) Follow the email instructions​

Open the email and follow the link or enter the code in the app to choose a new password.

tip

Use a strong new password that you haven't used before.

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact your agency administrator.
