Link to a Command Board

Link your mobile device to a command board URL so it can share data directly with a dispatch or command desk.

1) Open Account → Link to Board URL

Go to the Account tab and tap Link to Board URL.

2) Enter the board URL

Type or paste the URL your agency gave you, or tap the QR scanner icon and scan the board's QR code.

3) Tap Connect

Tap Connect. The app will confirm the link once it succeeds.

tip

Scanning the QR code is faster and less error-prone than typing the URL.

note

If connection fails, check that your device and the board are on the same network and that the URL is correct.
