OTP Verification

After registering or when prompted for extra security, you'll enter a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email or phone.

1) Check your email or text messages​

Find the 6-digit code sent by REDENES. It usually arrives within a minute.

2) Enter the code​

Type each digit into the boxes on the OTP screen. The cursor moves to the next box automatically.

3) Tap Verify​

Tap Verify to confirm the code. You'll be signed in once verification succeeds.

4) Resend if needed​

If the code doesn't arrive, tap Resend Code to get a new one.

Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

OTP codes expire after a few minutes. Request a new one if it has been sitting too long.
