Register

Creating an account is the first step to using the REDENES Mobile App. You only need to do this once.

1) Tap Register

From the sign-in screen, tap Register at the bottom.

2) Enter your name

Type your first and last name as they appear on your agency record.

3) Enter your email

Use an email address you can access — you'll receive a verification code here.

4) Select your country code

Tap the country flag to open the country picker and choose your country. The correct phone prefix will fill in automatically.

5) Enter your phone number

Type your mobile phone number without the country code.

6) Create a password

Choose a password at least 8 characters long. Mix letters, numbers, and a symbol for better security.

7) Confirm your password

Type the same password again to confirm.

8) Tap Register

Tap Register to create your account. You'll be sent to the OTP verification screen.

tip

Use your work email and phone. Some agencies require this for verification.

If you already have a REDENES account, tap Sign In instead to avoid creating a duplicate.
