Incident Info Tab

The Info tab is a summary of the incident — type, location, times, and key personnel.

What you can see​

  • Incident name and number
  • Type (fire, medical, etc.)
  • Address or coordinates
  • Dispatched time and responded time
  • Incident commander
  • Short narrative or description

1) Review the fields​

Scroll through the summary to get up to speed.

2) Tap an address to open the map​

Tap the incident address to open it on the map.

3) Edit details​

If you have permission, tap the edit icon next to a field to change it.

If anything looks wrong, update it right away — command and dispatch rely on these details.
