Signature Capture

Collect a signature on a form, release, or check-off sheet from within the app.

1) Open the signature popup

When a form needs a signature, the popup opens automatically. You can also open it from Server UI → Signature.

2) Sign with a finger or stylus

Draw your signature in the signing area.

3) Tap Clear to redo

Tap Clear to erase and try again.

4) Tap Save

Tap Save to attach the signature to the form.

tip

A stylus gives a cleaner signature than a fingertip on small screens.
