Bearing & Distance

Convert bearing and distance from a known point to coordinates — useful for dispatch calls that only give a heading.

Bearing distance conversion view

1) Open the tool​

From the map toolbar, tap Bearing & Distance.

2) Enter the start point​

Enter coordinates or tap Use My Location.

3) Enter bearing and distance​

Type the compass bearing (0–359°) and the distance.

4) Tap Calculate​

The resulting point plots on the map with its coordinates.
