Floating bubbles covering your screen mean the app went idle and started its screen saver; one touch clears it and you carry on where you were.
Session Timeout
A Connection Timeout alert means the server did not answer in time after two silent retries; TRY AGAIN repeats the request and CANCEL dismisses it.
Downloading Data
A progress ring after sign-in means the app is fetching your agencies, icons and map data; when it fills, the dashboard opens automatically.
In-App Web Browser
Tapping a link, document or report opens it inside the app, with cookie banners hidden automatically and an Open in Browser option in the menu.
Permission Required
This prompt appears when REDENES finds a permission it needs switched off, and offers a shortcut into your device Settings to turn it back on.
