Downloading Data

Shows progress when the app is syncing large amounts of data — like a fresh sign-in or new agency switch.

1) Wait for the download

A progress bar shows the percentage complete.

2) Don't close the app

Leave the app open until the download finishes so data is saved safely.

3) If it stalls

Tap Retry if progress stops for more than a minute.
