Items

An item represents a single piece of equipment tracked in inventory.

Items list

1) Tap an item​

Opens the detail page with:

  • Name and description
  • Serial number and barcode
  • Category and manufacturer
  • Current location and assignment
  • Service records
  • Photos

2) Edit details​

Tap Edit to update fields.

3) Transfer an item​

Tap Transfer to move it to a new location or person.

4) Record service​

Tap Service to log maintenance or inspections.
