Create a Campaign

A campaign is a one-way announcement sent to one or more groups — useful for briefings, alerts, or updates.

Create campaign view

1) Tap New Campaign​

From the Messages list, tap the + button and choose Campaign.

2) Enter a subject​

Type a short, clear subject.

3) Write the message​

Type the body of your announcement. You can attach photos or files.

4) Pick recipients​

Tap Select Groups and choose the groups to receive the campaign.

5) Schedule or Send​

  • Tap Send to publish now
  • Tap Schedule to set a time to send it later
tip

Use campaigns for one-way info — recipients won't reply in the same thread.
