Fall Detection

Fall detection uses your phone or watch sensors to detect a hard fall and automatically alert your team.

Fall detection view

1) Open Fall Detection​

From Account or Devices, tap Fall Detection.

2) Turn it on​

Flip the Fall Detection switch to on.

3) Set sensitivity​

Pick Low, Medium, or High sensitivity.

4) Choose alert recipients​

Pick the groups or individuals to notify when a fall is detected.

False alarms happen — you'll have a short window to cancel the alert before it's sent.
