Mobile Data Computer (MDC)

The MDC view turns your phone or tablet into a mobile data terminal for dispatch.

1) Open MDC​

From the Home tab or Account, tap Mobile Data Computer.

2) Review active incidents​

Active calls assigned to your unit appear with times, addresses, and type.

3) Update your status​

Tap a status button (en route, on scene, transporting, etc.) to send it to dispatch.

4) Tap a call for details​

Opens the full call detail page.
